- You don’t need a business/ trade credit account to register as a user
- If you forgot your password, click on forgot your password to reset the password
- Enter your username, click on I am not a Robot and submit
- An email with a reset link is sent to your email address

- Similar products are grouped together so browsing and searching is easier for you
- Stock count and product availability is clearly called out with estimated dispatch date for each shipment method

Exited or Obsolete Products
- Exited or Obsolete Products will still be visible on the website, with available alternatives displayed
- Exited or Obsolete Products will not be shown in search or browse results
One step checkout
- You can complete checkout as a guest, if needed. Payment will be via credit card
- If you hold a trade account with Blackwoods then your account related price appears post login and user name should be linked to your account number

Favourite order
- Favorites orders can be saved to allow easy access for future reference
- Frequently ordered products can be saved under different names.
Order summary & detail
- Order can be searched by web reference(e.g. 00017421) or purchase order (system default or your PO) or Date range
- Date range can be selected for any 90 day range in the last 12 months
- Order detail gives status information at a line level. Product detail & pricing is also visible here
- Once invoiced and dispatched you can see invoice number, carrier name and carrier detail.
View invoice
- Search invoices by web reference number (if known) or invoice number (if known) or by Date range
- Download the invoice copies as required

Manage My Account
My Account’ lets you manage your web account with Blackwoods.
- Manage Profile, delivery addresses and change password, if required.
- View and Track order summary, Order reminders, Requisition & Approval (if enabled)
- Favourites access – create and manage Favourites
- View and pay invoice- Pay invoice is enabled if opted by you
- Entitlement (if enabled)- view My entitlement for Non Admin user and Manage Entitlement for Admin user
- Company (Visible only for Admin user)- User management, Budget, cost center
My Account
My Account menu can be accessed after signing into Blackwoods website. The menu/ sub-menu will be based on your access levels and user role.
You can manage your
- Profile – address, contact details and password change. Update subscription options
- Order - Order summary, Order reminder summary, Requisition and Approve requisition(if workflow enabled)
- Favourites
- Invoices & Payments – View invoice and Pay invoice (if enabled)
Favourite cart
- Favourite carts can be accessed via My Account Menu
- Favourite menu shows the various saved carts with total number of products, when it was last updated and an option to delete the complete cart, if not required
Invoice & payment
- You can opt to pay outstanding or current invoice if the functionality is enabled for you by your business
- You can choose which invoice you would like to pay. You can also view invoice
- Payment option is by credit card
- Click on view these items to see all invoice and credit against ‘Outstanding’ or ‘current’ due amount etc
Pay invoice – Choose invoice to pay or view the invoice
- Click on view item to be able to view and download the invoice copy
- Credits cannot be downloaded, credit notes are obtained via BW customer service team via email or phone
- Select the invoice(s) you would like to pay and click on save
- Click on Back to summary to go back to pay invoice page
Additional menu - My Account
- When your business has workflow, you will see
- Orders > Requisition &
- Orders > Approve requisition
- When your business has entitlement functionality then you see
- Entitlement > My Entitlement
- If you have admin rights on your web login, you will see some additional menus like
- Company – Where you can manage your users, spend(Budget, cost center and workflow rules) and obtain Account summary
- Additionally on Entitlement you will see menu to manage entitlement roles, sets and adjust entitlement
