My order summary
- To view order history and track an order use My Account > Orders > Order Summary
- User will see order history for orders placed online by them
- Account level order history is visible for users with admin rights only
Search for older orders
- Order can be searched by web reference(e.g. 00017421) or purchase order (system default or your PO) or Date ran
- Date range can be selected for any 90 day range in the last 12 months
Status of order summary
- The different status at order Summary - Open, On hold, Back order, Invoiced
Order details
- Order detail gives status information at a line level. Product detail & pricing is also visible here
- Once invoiced and dispatched you can see invoice number, carrier name and carrier detail
Add to cart from order Summary page
- From order summary page, you can access the order details and if you would like to order the same product, it can be done be choosing it and clicking add to cart

Reminder email notification to checkout
- Click on Add to cart from the email. It opens the cart page with the products updated and login so your details appear
Complete the order
- Check if the delivery address is right
- Product(s) will be loaded and fill in payment details and click on ‘Place order’
Manage reminder
- Re-order reminder can be managed via My Account menu
- My Account > Orders > Order Reminders
- Click on the reminder ID to view the product details and frequency of reminder
- Delete reminders or remove items or change frequency from here
